Stories of local deputies from Russian and European cities: citizens vs. new constructions, bars, advertisements, cars.

Franco-Russian platform D’EST and German-Russian Exchange are pleased to invite you to an offline/online event that will take place on April 20 in St. Petersburg at 14:00 - 17:30 CET / 15:00 - 18:30 MSK. The event is dedicated to stories of local deputies in Russia and Europe and is being held in collaboration with the Working Group “Citizens in Local Self-Governance” of the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum.

Guests and participants from Russia will gather in St. Petersburg. Guests and participants from Europe and distant Russian cities that can’t join us in St. Petersburg are welcome to join us on Zoom platform.

Simultaneous interpretation Russian – English will be provided.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions the number of offline guests is strictly limited.
