The Korean Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education (KIGEPE), Korea-European Union Civil Society Network (KEN) is organizing a seminar entitled Encouraging Participation of Women in Science and Technology: Challenges for the Young Generations. The seminar will feature two sessions, Encouraging Participation of Women in Science and Technology and the 1st EU-Korea Women in Science and Technology Forum.

The event will feature inspiring stories, projection of sidewalk interview video with Korean students as well as a discussion with student representatives

In addition to that, the current state of play and policies to empower women in S&T as well as ways to promote inclusion of women in S&T will be discussed.
